Payday Fantasy?
Payday Fantasy paid contests are available in 23 states plus Washington, DC: Alaska, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Minnesota, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming, plus Washington, DC.
What you need to play.
- Be a US resident.
- Be at least 18 years old, or 19 in Nebraska.
- Be physically located in an eligible state when you enter a paid contest.
You don't have to live there. Eligibility depends on where you are, not where you live. A US resident visiting an eligible state can play while there. If you travel into a state where Payday Fantasy isn't available, you can't enter paid contests until you're back in an eligible state.
How location is checked. Payday Fantasy verifies your location in real time when you access paid contests. Location-masking tools such as VPNs and proxies aren't allowed, and using them restricts deposits, withdrawals and entries.
Identity verification. Before your first deposit, you verify your identity with your legal name, date of birth, address, Social Security Number, a photo of a government ID and a selfie.
Not in an eligible state? You can still download the app and create an account. Paid contests unlock when you're located in an eligible state.
Why isn't Payday Fantasy in every state?
- Each state sets its own rules for paid fantasy contests.
- Some states require a license or registration first. Others have rules that don't allow pick'em contests like Payday's.
- Payday Fantasy only offers paid contests in states where it has decided it can operate under those rules.
- The list changes over time. This page is updated when a state is added or removed.
