The short answer: Payday Fantasy and Sleeper Picks both let you pick more or less on player stats from $1. Payday entries hold up to 10 picks instead of 8, you can play on the web as well as the app, and the board includes Counter-Strike 2.
On both apps you look at a player's stat projection, call it more or less, and combine picks into one entry. Both have $1 entries, both offer a format where every pick must hit and a Flex format that still pays with a miss, and both have a rule for players who leave a game injured early.

Entry size is the clearest gap: Sleeper Picks entries hold 2 to 8 players, while Payday entries hold 2 to 10. Payday can be played in a web browser as well as the app, and its 12-sport board includes Counter-Strike 2. Sleeper's strength is breadth beyond picks: season-long leagues, survivor and bracket games live in the same app.
