Where can I download the app?
The Payday app is available on our website at https://paydayfantasy.com/.

Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to download and use. You will be able to access and play in all of the free contests offered. For paid contests, Payday will receive a transaction fee percentage from each entry.

Do I need to set up an account to play?
Yes. You will need to set up an account in order to use the Payday app.

How does the registration work?
After the registration, you will get a confirmation with a code by e-mail. You will need the code to confirm your email and complete your registration.

How do I claim a username?
You can claim your username when signing up to use the application. Other users will be able to find you using your username.

What payment methods do you accept?
Users can deposit onto Payday via payment from debit or credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay) ACH transfers, PayPal, and Skrill Wallet.

Once a deposit has been completed, the user can enter contests to win cash prizes.

Your deposit billing statement will show BetScoop Inc. as the billing company.

When will I receive my funds?
Your funds will immediately reflect in your 'Balance' as soon as payment is processed.

What is the refund policy?
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the account was registered.

How do I get paid?
You will be credited immediately for all winnings from any contests directly to your account.

How do I withdraw money?
We offer ACH transfers, PayPal, Skrill Wallet, and physical check withdrawal options.

How long does it take for money to hit my account when I withdraw from Payday?
This depends on your bank but usually no longer than a few days or immediately in some cases.
Sports Data
Does Payday take bets?
No. We are not a sportsbook and we do not take money or accept bets. We provide skill-based sports contests where you compete against other users to win Real Money. In order to place a bet, you need to bet through a sportsbook.

How often do the odds update?
The odds are live and update in real-time. As soon as the odds and lines are updated they will be available for all users automatically.

When is a contest officially graded and results finalized?
Contest results become officially graded once the statistics from each game are officially confirmed by our internal team. We reserve a one-hour grace period once all games are complete to confirm all statistics. All results are final.
