Where can I download the app?
The Payday app is available on our website at https://paydayfantasy.com/.
Is the app free?
Yes, the app is free to download and use. You will be able to access and play in all of the free contests offered. For paid contests, Payday will receive a transaction fee percentage from each entry.
Do I need to set up an account to play?
Yes. You will need to set up an account in order to use the Payday app.
How does the registration work?
After the registration, you will get a confirmation with a code by e-mail. You will need the code to confirm your email and complete your registration.
I didn't receive a confirmation code. What do I do?
Check your junk/spam folders as sometimes it could have been sent there.
If you still can not locate the code, contact support and we will help confirm your account.

What payment methods do you accept?
Users can deposit onto Payday via payment from debit or credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB, or UnionPay) ACH transfers
Once a deposit has been completed, the user can enter contests to win cash prizes.
Your deposit billing statement will show BetScoop Inc. as the billing company.
When will I receive my funds?
Your funds will immediately reflected in your 'Balance' as soon as payment is processed.
What is the refund policy?
All payments are final. No refunds will be issued. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the person in whose name the account was registered.

Withdrawals
How do I get paid?
You will be credited immediately for all winnings from any contests directly to your account.
How do I withdraw money?
We offer ACH transfers and eCheck withdrawal options.
How long does it take for money to hit my account when I withdraw from Payday?
We process withdrawal requests every morning from Monday-Friday. It will depend on each users bank but typically we users will receive funds within 24hrs of withdrawal request approval.
Is there a Maximum Weekly Withdrawal Limit?
Maximum withdrawal limit of $1,000 per week for all account holders.
Customers are permitted to make withdrawals up to the specified maximum limit within a rolling 7-day period, starting from the date of the first withdrawal request.
- Special Requests: In exceptional cases, customers may submit a written request for a withdrawal exceeding the maximum weekly limit. Such requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and approval is subject to the discretion of our business.
Deposit Match Bonus
How does the deposit match bonus work?
Participants will receive promo credit(s) equal to the amount of the first deposit up to $100 in promo credits. The deposit match bonus is paid out in instantly playable promo funds. Redemption of the Promotion is expressly conditioned upon acceptance of and compliance with all of the Deposit Match Bonus Policy.
Payday will always pull from your promo funds balance before your credit balance when you're making an entry.
Promos and Deposit Bonuses require play-through. This means the entire deposit + bonus amount must be played through before being withdrawn. You only have to play through your deposit and promo funds one time before you can withdraw.
For example, you deposit $10 and get matched an additional $10 in promo funds. You have to play a total of $20 worth of entries, and then you are free to withdraw your winnings.
The Promotion Bonus is forfeited if the turnover (playthrough) requirement is not fully met within sixty (60) days of the bonus being issued (turnover period).

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date odds and statistical projections. In the event that there is a material difference between the projections or odds listed on our site and those available in the general market at the time an entry was placed (including one or many errors), Payday reserves the right to void all entries associated with the inaccuracies. This applies whether the game is scheduled, in progress, or already completed.
It is important to note that this condition will be uniformly applied to all users for all use cases, without consideration of whether the discrepancy is more favorable for an individual party. We will make efforts to notify affected users at the earliest opportunity, although immediate notification is not guaranteed. Users acknowledge and understand that Payday is not obligated to provide immediate notification but will strive to do so to the best of its ability.
